About the Brand

Studio Delauer is a womens fashion brand focused on elevated wardrobe essentials.

All pieces are:
• Designed, made, and owned by women
• Produced locally and responsibly in the EU
• Built around timeless design, quality materials, and repeat wearability

The Starting Point

When we started working with Studio Delauer, the brand was generating roughly $10K per month in revenue.

They had:
• Strong product quality
• A clear aesthetic
• Early organic traction

But paid media was inconsistent and capped. Spend increases caused ROAS to drop, and growth relied too heavily on organic spikes and launches rather than a controllable system.

The Strategy

1. Creative Direction First

We led growth by creative direction, not media buying tricks.

Our first priority was understanding:
• Which products converted best
• Which pieces had the highest repeat purchase potential
• Which upcoming styles aligned with current demand trends

From there, we structured creative around three core pillars:

Best Sellers
Emerging / Upcoming Styles
Brand & Lifestyle Content

Each pillar had its own creative angles, messaging, and scaling strategy.

2. Scaling Spend Into Proven Winners

Instead of spreading budget thin across the catalogue, we aggressively allocated ad spend to best performing SKUs.

This allowed us to:
• Stabilise ROAS early
• Increase spend without volatility
• Build predictable revenue baselines

As performance stabilised, we gradually introduced upcoming styles into the system, using paid media to test demand before fully scaling inventory.

This meant:
• Lower risk when launching new pieces
• Faster feedback on product market fit
• Clear data on what deserved scale

3. Paid Media Built to Grow the Brand

Ads were designed to feel native to Studio Delauer’s organic content.

Creative focused on:
• Fit and silhouette
• Fabric quality and construction
• Real world wearability
• Clean, minimal visuals consistent with the brand

This approach did two things at once:
• Drove high intent purchases
• Rapidly grew brand awareness and follower count

Over 3.5 months, Instagram following grew from 5,000 to 14,100, directly fuelled by paid traffic that converted and stayed engaged with the brand.

4. Account Structure for Scaling

We rebuilt the ad account with a structure designed to handle continuous spend increases.

Key principles:
• Clear separation between testing and scaling
• Consolidation around winning creatives
• Controlled frequency to avoid fatigue
• Clean data signals for faster optimisation

As a result, ROAS improved as spend increased, rather than collapsing under scale.

5. Klaviyo Email Marketing as a Growth Multiplier

Paid traffic was only half the system.

We integrated Klaviyo to:
• Capture demand from paid ads
• Convert hesitant buyers
• Drive repeat purchases

Flows and campaigns were optimised around:
• New subscriber conversion
• Product education
• Restocks and demand signals
• Repeat customer incentives

Email quickly became a significant revenue channel, amplifying results from paid media rather than replacing it.

The Outcome

In just 3.5 months:
• Monthly revenue scaled from $10K to $70K
• ROAS increased from 2.3x to 8.7x
• Ad spend increased consistently month on month
• Instagram following nearly tripled
• The brand hit multiple record revenue months

Growth became predictable, scalable, and controllable.

Final Summary

This wasn’t about short term tactics or discount driven growth.

It was about:
• Directing ad spend into the right products
• Letting creative lead scaling decisions
• Using paid media to test and validate demand
• Using email to multiply customer value

That’s how we scaled Studio Delauer fast, efficiently, and sustainably.
